This charming holiday apartment complex is located in the Salamanca district, one of Madrids most chic neighbourhoods. The Salamanca district, in central Madrid, is also the preferred choice of the big name fashion houses, banks, finance companies and large multinationals for their registered offices.

The apartments are situated just 300 metres from the Retiro metro stop and are in close proximity to numerous bus routes. La Puerta del Sol, the nerve centre of Madrid, is only 15 minutes away by foot. The complex is surrounded by some of Madrids most renowned restaurants, as well as Puerta de Alcalá, Calle Serrano and the famous Retiro Park - the lungs of the city. Thanks to the apartments' closeness to the large national museums like El Prado, Thyssen, Reina Sofía, and the National Library, it is almost impossible for guests to lose their way.

The holiday apartment complex offers clients a welcome hamper. Since 2008, the complex features a reception area (closed at night) and a meeting room. Finally, most of the apartments boast a patio or terrace.

Intimate and inviting apartments sleeping a maximum of 3 guests. The apartments are decorated differently but each displays the same level of quality and comfort. Great care and attention has been paid to decoration, giving the apartments a modern feel created by using the most innovative materials. Both apartments boast a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, living room and bedroom; one with two single beds and the other with one double bed. The type Rattan has also a terrace/patio.



No deposit is required for either apartment although clients are asked to provide a credit card as a guarantee of payment (VISA, MasterCard, Diners Club, Carte Blanche, Discover, Eurocard or JCB).

The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as described.
