Flevo-Natuur is a Naturist park in a wonderful water and wood environment, located in the Hulkesteinse forest, on the edge of the Flevopolder. Flevo-Natuur is a holidaycomplex for nude recreation. The visitors of Flevo-Natuur are naked, whenever the weather conditions permit this. On arrival you will get a key to enter the park (€ 25 deposit, to be paid on the spot). Obligatory garbagebag: € 1,95 per garbagebag, to be paid on the spot. Very nice residence, surrounded by trees. Outside the resort, 10 km from the centre of Nijkerk, 500 m from the woods edge, 700 m from the lake, 700 m from the beach. For shared use: park, swimming pool (01.05.-30.09.). Paddling pool, outside shower. Children's playground. Private: tennis (extra), boules. In the complex: reception, restaurant, sauna, table-tennis (extra). Billiards table, sun terrace, laundry. Public parking. Supermarket, restaurant 100 m, indoor swimming pool 50 m, bathing lake 700 m. Please note: car essential. Reception open 09:00-17:00 hrs. Baby equipment on request (extra).

"type 01", 4-room villa 125 m2 on 2 levels, very comfortable, tasteful, stylish and cosy furnishings: entrance hall with separate WC. Large living/dining room with TV, stereo unit, DVD, heater and air-conditioning. Exit to the garden, to the terrace. 1 room with 2 beds and hand-basin. Open kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Upper floor: 1 large room with 2 beds and TV. 1 room with 2 beds and TV. Bath/WC with jacuzzi. Large terrace. Large garden 600 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Lovely view of the garden. Facilities: sauna, hair dryer. Reserved parking by the house. One of the bedrooms has a solarium. The bathroom has a steamroom. In the garden there´s a small pavillion with a washingmachine (payment on the spot).

Booking and payment information

This property is listed by Interhome, a property rental agent.

The rental amount for the booked rental property is payable before departure, as follows: 14% of the rental amount for the reserved rental property must be paid within 10 days of receipt of the reservation confirmation. The balance must be paid to Interhome not less than 42 days before the rental is due to commence. In the case of short notice reservations of less than 42 days before commencement of the rental, the full rental price is due immediately on receipt of the reservation confirmation and must be paid to Interhome. If payment of the balance or the full rental amount, in the case of short notice bookings, is not made at the proper time, the agent may refuse the services.

If you withdraw from the agreement, we will charge you with the following cancellation fees:
- up to 43 days before commencement of rental, 10% of the invoice amount
- 42 to 29 days before commencement of the rental, 50% of the invoice amount
- 28 to 2 days before commencement of the rental, 80% of the invoice amount
- 1 day before commencement of the rental and on the day of travel, the full invoice amount is payable.

We recommend that you take out a cancellation guarantee to cover cancellation costs at the same time as you make your booking. This will cover cancellation costs in the event of your canceling as a result of illness, accident, death of the renter, other persons traveling or close relatives (against presentation of a doctor's certificate). The cost of the cancellation guarantee is calculated as a percentage of the rental and is also payable if the event activating the guarantee occurs, together with the handling fee. Please enquire about this when booking.

On receiving the key, a deposit must be paid. The amount of the deposit and the method of payment (in cash, by Euro-cheque or by credit card) are specified in your travel documents. If the deposit is not paid, handover of the property may be refused.
