The farmhouse has on the ground floor two nice living rooms: one with a big fireplace and the other one with a wood stove.
There are two kitchens: a big, modern and well equipped one (with dishwasher, stove, fridge and oven) and a little one with fridge and cooking stove. The dining room with a typical Tuscan table is equipped with 9 chairs. On the ground floor there is also a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom.
The ancient sandstone stairs take you to the 1st floor where there are three bedrooms (one with three single beds and two with double beds) and two bathrooms with shower.

Montecatini is the nearest town (10 min. by car) and it is very famous for its thermal baths and s.p.a.. Ihe area around Cozzile where the holiday house is located, there are beautiful panoramic paths, a riding school is nearby and for food lovers an organic extra virgin olive oil tasting with many apetizers directly on our farm. Few typical restaurants are only 5 min. far away from the house and during summer time there are many festivals "sagra" in the villages where the food is really good!. For children it is worth to see Collodi, the Pinocchio´s town and Montecatini Alto an old village accessible with a funicular.
Florence and Lucca are 1 hour far away and the sea of Viareggio is also in one hour reacheable.
