Office. Open kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave) with bar. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), separate WC and TV. Exit to the balcony. Balcony, terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue.

Facilities: washing machine, dryer, cot. Internet (Wireless LAN [WLAN], free). heating extra from 1 November to 30 April, breakage deposit 1000 Euros. Washing machine/dryer. Reversible air conditioning in all the rooms.
