This luxury Pattaya villa has been carefully equipped to ensure that you'll want for nothing during your stay with us. As you enter the automatic gates, you'll find the fabulous pool which has a shallow children's play area and a great jaccuzzi seat to help you relax over cocktails. There is a separate outdoor dining area and another outdoor lounging area - not to mention the sun loungers around the pool itself.
As you go through the patio doors, you'll discover a great open plan lounge/dining area with polished marble floors, leather sofas, full home cinema and dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with marble worksurfaces, fridge, cooker, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and everything you'll need to prepare yourself anything from a simple snack to a full meal.
Upstairs are four double bedrooms (3 with their own private bathrooms). Each bedroom has a king or queen sized bed with plenty of wardrobe space. In addition to the air conditioning in each room, you'll also find ceiling fans to keep you cool in even the hottest of tropical nights

Pattaya is beyond question the premier resort on Thailand’s Eastern Seaboard. From being little more than a sleepy fishing village in the early sixties, Pattaya is now a vibrant city that seemingly never sleeps with activities and attractions to keep even the most demanding of holiday maker occupied for as long as they can stay awake. Add to this the pleasant tropical climate and you’ve got a great holiday destination.
Starting with Naklua in the North, moving down past Pattaya Nua (North Road), Pattaya Klang (Middle Road) and Pattaya Tai (South Road), you arrive at Jomtien – a self contained resort in its own right and certainly Pattaya’s calmer sister. But don’t let that fool you – within a few short minutes in the Car provided with your Villa, by the frequent Song Teaw, (Baht Buses) or private Taxi, you’re right in the heart of Pattaya and the renowned Walking Street.
Activities include Pattaya’s legendary night life, shopping, attractions, Horse Riding, Elephant Riding and, for the more active, the various sporting activities such as Golf, Water Sports, Scuba Diving and more. For those who want to imbibe more of Thailand’s culture, there are many local temples which are truly exquisite. Moreover, once you’ve spent some time on the local beaches, consider leaving the immediate Jomtien/Pattaya area and experience many of the day and overnight trips that will make your holiday truly memorable. Failing that, take the car to visit the local area including some nearby National Parks.

The villa more than lived up to our expectations - couldn't fault it. If anything, it was nicer than described. View Point Village is a really good location - nice and close to Pattaya so you can enjoy it without being disturbed by the 24x7 partying. Nice and close to the beach too. The free use of car (looked like a brand new one at that) was a lovely touch. Managed to get out and explore the local area quite a bit - there's lots going on there. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone - we'll be going again!
The house was great. one of the best houses i have ever stayed in especially now that it has the pool. the house is in a great place. just a few minutes from the beach and a few minutes from pattaya walking street. The owners are great people, they introduced us to some great tour guides that helped us get our scuba diving certifications and gave us information on the surrounding area. I have stayed here twice and will be staying there for a third time real soon.
I have stayed in lots of different accommodations in many different places and this villa was top of the list by far. The pictures just about do it justice: there are 3 big double bedrooms all with en suits and a 4th with a massive balcony overlooking the pool. The standards of furnishings and decorations are very high and the daily maid keeps it that way. The best part of the property has to be the outside area with pool, Jacuzzi, shower and 2 lounging areas. We were looked after very well by the owners who helped us out with taxi's, recommended places to go and they were available all the time if we needed clean towels or similar.
Thailand is a wonderful place and our stay in the villa made it out of this world. 3 weeks after returning to the UK we were straight back on the phone and booked it again for our return visit. It’s a great feeling knowing that you don't need to worry about whether your accommodation will be poor or not. Big thanks to Tommy & Sue.
